Only authorized Aerovia administrators have access to this data, and access is restricted to operational necessity. We retain your information only as long as your Aerovia account remains active. When your account is deleted, all associated personal identifiers (Discord ID, Roblox ID, email) and game data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

You have full rights to access, delete, or correct your data. To exercise these rights, submit a support ticket in our official Discord server under the “Privacy / Data Request” category. Verification through your linked Discord or Roblox account may be required to confirm your identity.

Aerovia operates through Discord and Roblox, both of which have their own privacy policies governing the use of their platforms.
8. Children’s Privacy
Aerovia services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or store information from users under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect system or legal changes. Continued participation in Aerovia after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
